Institute of Geography and Spatial Organization PAS (Warsaw) announces a call ofr applications for the position of 12 month post-doc in the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Research into the Anthropocene. The subject of the offer is a 12-month post-doc position within the National Science Centre (NCN) project entitled "Forest of the Anthropocene: the role of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.). in shaping modern states, societies, and environments in the 18th and 19th centuries" (no.2024/55/I/HS3/02551). The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all selected cartographic materials from the area of the present-day Czech Republic, dating from the late 17th to the mid-20th century.
